Skullcandy released the Crusher 1080 ANC, the most advanced headphone in the brand's history, combining its patented multisensory Crusher bass with premium Sound by Bose technologies for the first time. The headphones feature a new driver design enhancing clarity, detail, and separation for sharper, more impactful bass response.

Skullcandy CEO Brian Garofalow described the Crusher experience as "akin to standing front row at your favorite concert," noting the partnership with Bose integrates noise cancellation, spatial audio, and other technologies. Bose President Nick Smith highlighted 60 years of research behind their audio innovations now reaching more listeners through this collaboration.

At the core is adjustable Crusher bass technology controlled via onboard wheel or app, paired with a full suite of Sound by Bose features: Bose Quiet Control 6-mic adaptive ANC, Bose True Spatial with head tracking, Bose Wave Form Audio Engine, and Bose Speech Clarity. These create a multidimensional soundstage while preserving Crusher's visceral energy.

Proving premium audio doesn't require a premium price, the Crusher 1080 ANC launches at $279.99 globally in four colorways. Battery life reaches 60 hours (ANC off) or 50 hours (ANC on), with 10-minute rapid charge providing 4 hours playback. Features include multipoint pairing, auto connect, wear detection, low latency mode, and Skullcandy app customization.
