Sapphire today introduced its Radeon RX 9050 Pulse 8 GB graphics card. Based on a compacted variant of its RX 9060 XT Pulse board design, the card forms AMD's new entry‑level in the RX 9000 series generation of GPUs powered by RDNA 4 graphics architecture. AMD carved the RX 9050 out of the 4 nm "Navi 44" silicon by enabling 16 of the 32 compute units physically present on the silicon, resulting in 1,024 stream processors. The SKU interestingly gets the entire 32 MB Infinity Cache present on the silicon and features the chip's full 128‑bit wide GDDR6 memory bus, with this particular card carrying 8 GB of 18 Gbps GDDR6 memory.

Sapphire's board design for the RX 9050 Pulse 8 GB features a dense aluminium fin‑stack heatsink with two 6 mm‑thick copper heat pipes, ventilated by a pair of 70 mm fans. The card takes a single 8‑pin PCIe power connection that suffices for its 100 W typical board power. Display outputs include two HDMI 2.1b and one DisplayPort 2.1a connectors. The card is 20 cm long, 12.2 cm high, and strictly 2 slots thick. The company did not reveal pricing.

The compact design and modest power draw make the RX 9050 Pulse a compelling choice for budget‑conscious gamers seeking a low‑profile, RDNA 4‑based solution.
