Patriot Memory pulled back the curtain on its Viper Gaming Steel 5 Infinite RGB DDR5 memory lineup, and the standout feature is genuinely unexpected: a groovy infinity mirror reflection effect built into the top edge of the heatsink. TechPowerUp noted surprise that manufacturers could pull off this optical trick on something as narrow as a RAM stick, but the execution apparently works.

Speed grades cover a wide range, from DDR5-6000 up to DDR5-8000, with CL30, CL36, and CL38 timings respectively. Capacity options span 32 GB, 48 GB, and 64 GB kits in two-module configurations. That top-end DDR5-8000 kit targets enthusiasts pushing AMD and Intel platforms to their limits, while the lower-speed options remain practical for mainstream builders.

Beyond memory, Patriot showcased the ED830, a portable M.2 NVMe enclosure running at 40 Gbps through USB4. A magnetic backing lets it snap directly onto smartphones over USB-C, turning a phone into a high-speed storage host. The company also displayed the T560 and PVP30 flash drives, both sporting native Type-C connectors with USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 and USB4 throughput. Together, these releases signal Patriot's push across both enthusiast DDR5 and the growing USB-C portable storage market.
