OpenMouse, announced in early August, is an open‑source, browser‑based configuration platform that initially supported popular gaming mice such as Logitech, Razer, Endgame Gear, Pulsar, and the Orbital Pathfinder. The dev team is now extending support to other peripherals.

The official X account posted a screenshot of a development build showing preliminary support for the Wooting 60HE+ gaming keyboard. While the exact feature set is still unknown, the dashboard displays connectivity mode, firmware version, actuation distance, and Rapid Trigger distance. This early glimpse indicates that both wired and wireless variants are likely on the roadmap.

Additional tabs in the interface include Performance, Lighting, Buttons, Profiles, and Advanced, suggesting the platform can manage the full range of keyboard settings. Because the 60HE+ shares the same protocol, adding other Wooting models like the 80HE should be straightforward.

The keyboard preview follows the closure of OpenMouse’s Discord request channel, which had been overwhelmed by demand. A new device‑request tracker now hosts over 457 entries, indicating strong community interest. Users can track progress via the tracker and submit requests for additional devices.
