Nightdive Studios, Atari's renowned remaster subsidiary, has announced SiN: Reloaded for a 2026 release. The cult classic 1998 FPS will return with enhanced visuals, modernized controls, and the original Wages of Sin mission pack. Players will once again control Colonel John R. Blade in his battle against the evil Doctor Elexis Sinclaire in a dystopian near-future.

SiN: Reloaded leverages the KEX Engine for modern system optimization, featuring 4K resolution textures at up to 144 FPS with antialiasing. The remaster allows seamless switching between enhanced visuals and the original SiN Gold version. Gamers can expect overhauled controls, new achievements, improved maps, and higher resolution audio from composer Zak Belika.

The original SiN pushed the Quake II engine with groundbreaking interactivity, including terminal hacking, vehicle usage, and combat innovations. Nightdive's version preserves these features while updating them for contemporary systems. The release will span Windows PC via Steam, GOG, and Epic Games Store, plus PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch platforms.
