Logitech FY26 Sales Up 6% to $4.84B as Q4 Growth Accelerates in Gaming

Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today released its Fiscal Year 2026 financial results, with sales rising 6% to $4.84 billion, a 4% increase in constant currency. GAAP operating income hit $775 million, up 18% YoY, while Non-GAAP operating income reached $911 million—the highest ever outside pandemic peaks. EPS grew 16% to $4.80 (GAAP) and 19% to $5.78 (Non-GAAP), and cash flow from operations was $1.04 billion, ending the year with $1.7 billion in cash. $768 million was returned to shareholders via dividends and share repurchases.

Logitech’s Q4 Fiscal Year 2026 sales climbed 7% to $1.09 billion, with GAAP operating income up 28% to $136 million. CEO Hanneke Faber noted the company’s strategic focus on AI-driven innovation and accelerated growth in Gaming, with the Americas showing a strong return to growth. CFO Matteo Anversa emphasized that the 18% YoY operating income growth and record operating margins (18.8%) reflect the company’s operational discipline.

Looking ahead, Logitech forecasts Q1 FY27 sales of $1.19–$1.215 billion, with US dollar sales growth of 4–6% and constant currency growth of 2–4%. The company is amplifying its focus on future growth as rapid AI advancements reshape the Work and Play landscape. $768 million in shareholder returns and a $1.7 billion cash balance position Logitech for continued investment in its AI innovation strategy.
