Intel quietly added the Core i7-13645HX to its Raptor Lake mobile lineup, positioning it as a refined mainstream option. This 14-core chip splits power between six Performance cores and eight Efficient cores, sharing key specs like 20 threads and 24MB Smart Cache with the i7-13650HX. However, it significantly boosts memory support to DDR5-5600, increasing bandwidth to 89.6GB/s from 76.8GB/s.

It also features a more capable UHD Graphics P730 with 32 execution units versus the older model's 16. While slightly less efficient than the i7-13650HX, the i7-13645HX offers better integrated graphics and memory speeds, making it potentially ideal for light gaming and video workloads. It sits between the i7-13700HX and the top-tier HX models, offering more memory support than the i7-13700HX but less raw power.
