Intel today unveiled the Arc Pro B70 and Arc Pro B65 graphics cards, targeting advanced AI compute and professional visualization workloads. The B70 stands as Intel's most powerful discrete GPU based on the Xe2 'Battlemage' architecture, featuring 32 Xe cores and a 256-bit GDDR6 interface. This represents a significant leap from the B580 gaming GPU, which only had 24 cores and a 192-bit interface.

The B70 delivers 367 TOPS (INT8) peak throughput, 32 GB of memory, and supports DirectX 12 Ultimate and compute APIs like oneAPI and OpenCL. Its media engine handles AV1, HEVC, VP9, and H.265 encoding/decoding. The B65 variant mirrors the B580's core count but uses a 192-bit memory interface and PCIe 5.0 x16, offering 200W TDP and 32 GB GDDR6.

Both cards run certified drivers for Windows and Linux, positioning Intel to compete in the AI workstation market against AMD and NVIDIA.
