Intel's upcoming 'Nova Lake-S' processor will feature 12 Xe3P GPU cores with a 40 W PL2 power limit and 20 MB L2 cache, according to leaker Jaykihn. This integrated graphics solution requires two VCCGT power phases, supporting up to 65 W for extreme scenarios. The processor combines four P-Cores, eight E-Cores, and four LPE-Cores with the 12 GPU cores.

Unlike regular SKUs, this configuration uses dual VCCGT phases to handle the increased power demands. The Xe3P architecture represents significant microarchitectural improvements over the Xe3 found in 'Panther Lake', including the expanded 20 MB L2 cache—a 25% increase from the 16 MB variant. Depending on the SKU, Intel can configure single compute die versions with up to 28 cores or dual compute die variants reaching 52 cores.

The single compute die 28-core DS version is slated for Q1 2027 launch, while overclocking 'K' SKUs are expected in early Q2 2027.
