IBASE Technology has unveiled the ES1002 Edge AI Server, a high-performance platform designed for next-generation edge AI and data-intensive applications. The system runs on AMD EPYC Embedded 8004 (Siena) processors, delivering up to 64 cores and 128 threads for efficient real-time analytics, AI inference, and large-scale data processing at the edge.

The server supports up to six DDR5-4800 RDIMM slots with a maximum capacity of 576 GB of ECC memory. Five PCIe Gen 5 x16 slots enable flexible integration of GPUs and AI accelerator cards, while dual 10GbE connectivity provides high-speed networking. Its 4U rackmount chassis offers enhanced thermal efficiency for long-duration, high-load operations in mission-critical environments.
