HP Q3 FY2026 Results: Revenue Up 12.5%

HP Inc. reported fiscal 2026 third quarter net revenue of $15.7 billion, up 12.5% year-over-year (10.9% in constant currency). GAAP diluted EPS was $0.71, down from $0.80 a year ago, while non-GAAP diluted EPS was $0.83, up from $0.75. Both figures included a $0.11 favorable impact from tariff refunds.

Personal Systems net revenue grew 18% year-over-year to $11.8 billion, with an operating margin of 4.6%. Consumer revenue rose 10%, commercial revenue increased 22%, but total units declined 16%. Printing net revenue fell 2% to $3.9 billion, with an 18.1% operating margin; consumer revenue dropped 2%, commercial fell 1%, supplies declined 3%, and hardware units decreased 7%.

Cash flow from operations was $1.7 billion, and free cash flow totaled $1.6 billion. HP returned $274 million in dividends and repurchased 12.2 million shares for $300 million. The company exited the quarter with $4.2 billion in gross cash.

For the fiscal fourth quarter, HP estimates GAAP diluted EPS between $0.74 and $0.84, and non-GAAP diluted EPS between $0.69 and $0.79, both including a $0.08 favorable impact from estimated tariff refunds. CEO Bruce Broussard highlighted growth in premium products and AI PCs, while CFO Karen Parkhill noted strong execution and raised full-year guidance.
