FSP announced two new power supplies targeting the growing AI PC market: a heavy-duty 2500 W ATX unit and a compact 1200 W SFX-L model. The launch responds to surging demand for high-wattage PSUs as AI workstations pack multiple top-tier GPUs that push system power consumption to new extremes.

The FSP2500-57APB delivers 2500 W with 80 Plus Platinum efficiency and four 12V-2x6 connectors, enabling single-PSU configurations with up to four graphics cards. A 2000 W variant is also in development. Meanwhile, the FSP1200-57SFB challenges the notion that small form factors can't handle serious power, packing 1200 W into an SFX-L footprint.

FSP positions its "micro-customization" services as a competitive edge, offering tailored solutions for specific chassis dimensions and power distribution needs across diverse AI applications. The company also expanded its lineup with Titanium, Platinum, and Gold series PSUs targeting different performance and budget tiers.

These launches reflect how AI's hardware demands are reshaping component categories, forcing power supply manufacturers to scale beyond traditional desktop specifications while maintaining efficiency standards that protect expensive GPU investments.
