Cervoz T445/T455: Compact M.2 2230 A+E NVMe SSDs

Compact embedded systems demand growing storage while remaining small. Applications such as embedded computing, medical computers, self‑service kiosks, and service robots need reliable local storage for OS, data, logs, updates, and system files. When PCB space is tight, adding a standard M‑Key SSD is difficult because A+E Key slots are often used for Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth. The M.2 2230 A+E form factor lets designers use an unused or available A+E slot for extra storage without increasing size.

Cervoz has released the T445 and T455 M.2 2230 A+E SSDs, delivering PCIe Gen 4×2 NVMe performance in an ultra‑compact package. Both use 3D TLC NAND and can reach sequential reads of up to 1,865 MB/s and writes of 1,740 MB/s. Capacities run to 1 TB for the T445 and 960 GB for the T455 (with over‑provisioning). They support standard and wide temperature ranges, end‑to‑end data protection, optional write‑protect, and industrial‑grade reliability.

These drives excel where space, thermal design, and interface availability are critical. They fit compact IPCs, fan‑less units, low‑profile kiosks, medical bedside terminals, and service‑robot platforms, offering high‑speed storage that fits every millimeter.
