The cooler features a push-pull fan configuration and large surface area for highly efficient heat dissipation, making it suitable for modern data centers running high-performance server CPUs.

Building on the Freezer 4U Series' compatibility with diverse processor architectures, the OneX model includes MX-7 thermal paste applied directly to the die and thermal pads on the integrated heat spreader. This comprehensive thermal coverage ensures maximum performance even under heavy workloads. The single-tower design maintains a compact height of just 151 mm, allowing it to fit seamlessly into standard 4U server cases and larger.
