AOC is expanding its B3 series with two new QHD monitors targeting hybrid users. The 23.8-inch Q24B36X and 27-inch Q27B36X feature 144 Hz refresh rates and 0.5 ms MPRT response times, moving beyond typical office specs. This aims to eliminate the need for separate productivity and gaming displays, offering a single solution for both tasks.

Both monitors use IPS panels with a sharp 2560x1440 resolution, providing more screen real estate than standard 1080p displays. The larger 27-inch model offers 109 ppi pixel density, while the 23.8-inch version reaches 123 ppi. They support Adaptive-Sync and HDR10, and include connectivity via HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 for modern PCs and consoles.

Priced at £109 for the 23.8-inch model and £129 for the 27-inch version, these monitors arrive in January 2026. This launch reflects a growing industry trend where monitor specifications are blurring the lines between office and gaming hardware. Consumers can now expect smoother scrolling and video playback without paying a premium for dedicated gaming features.
