Silo Season 3 trailer dives into the dystopia's origins

Apple TV+ has dropped the full trailer for Silo Season 3, and the critically acclaimed adaptation of Hugh Howey's novels is heading deeper into its mythology. Rebecca Ferguson returns as Juliette Nichols, who survived her forced "cleaning" but comes back to Silo 18 with memory loss while the community recovers from rebellion and confronts a fresh threat.

The new season splits its timeline. Present-day events follow Juliette's fragile return, while flashback sequences set centuries earlier introduce journalist Helen Drew (Jessica Henwick) and Congressman Daniel Keene (Ashley Zukerman), who stumble onto a conspiracy with irreversible consequences. That political thread connects to the Season 2 finale's glimpse of a pre-apocalypse Washington, DC, where dirty bombs and retaliation set everything in motion.

Returning cast members include Tim Robbins as the scheming Holland, Common as security chief Sims, Harriet Walter as Martha, and Steve Zahn as Solo, the lone survivor of Silo 17's failed revolt. New additions feature Colin Hanks, Laura Innes, and Jessica Brown Findlay. With 50 silos now in play and the origin story finally taking shape, Season 3 looks set to answer the questions Juliette keeps dangerously asking.
