The trailer for "Jumanji: Open World" has been released, showcasing a blend of gaming and real-world elements. While details remain scarce, it's known that the avatars from the game have entered the real world but are currently stuck in demo mode.

It appears the main cast will be returning for this installment. This includes Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, Danny DeVito, and Awkwafina, among others. The film is slated for a December 25, 2026 release.

Dwayne Johnson, who reprises his role as Dr. Xander “Smolder” Bravestone, previously hinted that the villain Jurgen the Brutal (played by Rory McCann) was an avatar of another player. The new trailer suggests that the characters will be pulled back into the game to resolve a new crisis, with Spencer's mom, Janice, taking on Bravestone's avatar.
