Milwaukee Brewers RHP Jacob Misiorowski and New York Yankees RHP Cam Schlittler were the most valuable pitchers for roto/categories leagues in 2026, finishing second and third on the overall Player Rater behind only Chicago Cubs OF Pete Crow-Armstrong. Both went undrafted late, with Misiorowski taken in the 10th round and Schlittler in the 14th.

Other standout values included Cleveland Guardians LHP Parker Messick, who went undrafted yet posted a 2.56 ERA over 32 starts. Tampa Bay Rays RHP Drew Rasmussen won 16 games with a 2.67 ERA across 172 innings as a 13th-round pick. Philadelphia Phillies RHP Zack Wheeler, 36, overcame thoracic outlet syndrome to deliver a 3.00 ERA and 193 strikeouts after slipping to the eighth round.

The LVP award goes to Boston Red Sox LHP Garrett Crochet, a first-round ADP selection who scored just 41 fantasy points due to a shoulder injury that landed him on the IL in late April. He missed the final five months of the season.

For relief pitchers, Toronto Blue Jays RHP Luis Varland emerged as the top option, posting a 1.27 ERA with 35 saves and 97 strikeouts while displacing Jeff Hoffman as the closer.
