West Physics Consulting, backed by Incline Equity Partners, has acquired Radiographic Testing Services, an Albany, New York-based medical physics provider. The acquisition adds a field office in Albany, NY, expanding West Physics’s nationwide footprint. West Physics serves over 6,000 client sites across the 50 US states, federal territories, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

Radiographic Testing Services, founded in 2011, provides nuclear medicine, diagnostic radiology, radiation oncology, and certified radiation equipment safety officer services. Dr. Geoffrey West, president and CEO of West Physics, stated the move supports New York State centrally and enhances service delivery. Headquartered in Atlanta, West Physics delivers integrated medical and health physics consulting. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
