Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Orgvue, a strategic workforce management software provider, marking its first UK platform investment. The deal follows a separate take‑private agreement for Spire Healthcare Group, where directors accepted a 250p per share offer from a consortium of Toscafund, Three Hills and Ares, valuing the healthcare operator at about £2.3 billion. Main’s Sjoerd Aarts highlighted Orgvue’s strong market position, recurring revenue of “well over” £50 million, and its focus on AI‑driven workforce transformation for blue‑chip clients such as HM Government, Mars, Danone and Aviva.

Meanwhile, Copilot Capital has backed renewable energy automation firm Green Eagle Solutions, underscoring continued PE interest in tech‑enabled sustainability. The news underscores a busy week for European private‑equity activity, with strategic bets on healthcare infrastructure, digital workforce tools, and clean‑tech software.
