Less than 24 hours before their official unveiling, the full specs of both the iQOO 16 and the iQOO Pad Ultra have been leaked via Digital Chat Station on Weibo. The iQOO 16 features a 6.85-inch Samsung M16 "LEAD" OLED display with "2K+" resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset paired with iQOO's Q4 self-developed gaming chip. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the 50MP main camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor, complemented by 50MP ultrawide and periscope telephoto lenses with 3x optical zoom using the Sony IMX882 sensor.

A 32MP selfie shooter and an 8,400mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless charging round out the flagship device. Meanwhile, the iQOO Pad Ultra boasts an 8.8-inch 2304x1440 16:10 OLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, also housing the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 SoC and Q4 gaming chip. It includes a built-in large cooling fan, dual X-axis vibration motors, symmetrical stereo speakers, and a 9,020mAh battery with 66W wired charging.

The tablet measures just 5.74mm thick and weighs 298g.
