The tech giant claims forensic evidence from a laptop used by Chang Liu, a former senior system electrical engineer, proves he accessed and downloaded confidential Apple files, including a circuit schematic, after joining OpenAI. Furthermore, the company claims Liu instructed a coworker to "restore" his OpenAI-issued devices to erase potential forensic evidence following the internal investigation.
