Apple is adding a dedicated animation for attaching a Hermes MagSafe wallet to an iPhone, according to code found in the iOS 27 release candidate. When a compatible wallet is attached, the Hermes logo displays instead of the standard Apple MagSafe animation.

Apple also appears to be preparing additional Hermes MagSafe wallet designs. Images shared by pdfu on X show several new colors and materials, including leather and patterned options. The new wallets also include Find My support, according to the leak.

Neither Apple nor Hermes has announced the accessories, but their appearance in the iOS 27 release candidate points to an imminent release.
