Ultrahuman announced the HealthEx PowerPlug, bringing your medical records from every care site into its app alongside Ring data for "always-on" insight. The partnership with HealthEx costs $4.99/mo or $45.99/yr.

After identity verification, HealthEx automatically locates your health records nationwide via the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA). You choose which sites to access and can stop sharing anytime. The PowerPlug "maps 532 conditions" from medications and procedures, then displays past diagnoses and new medications alongside daily Ring measurements of heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature, and deep sleep. It surfaces missed follow-ups or unchecked records for your next visit. The "Visit Pack" provides a doctor-ready summary of medication information tied to wearable data, flagging questions and tests to raise.

The HealthEx PowerPlug rolls out today (Sept. 17) for U.S. users.
