Samsung has finally published the official One UI 9 changelog for the Galaxy S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra. The update brings the Galaxy Z Fold 8's My Fan Cam feature to the S26 series for the first time. One UI 9 also improves Now Nudge, adds call screen information, and enhances Quick Panel customization.

Users can now separate the Sound Mode button from the volume slider for greater control. New privacy features include AI-powered alerts that monitor app permission usage and a blue location indicator when apps access location data. Samsung has also upgraded Bixby, Samsung Health, and the Lock Screen Clock.

The rollout began on T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, and US Cellular, with unlocked devices now receiving the update as well. Despite earlier delays, Samsung confirmed the update is live via its support pages. One UI 9 includes enhanced suggestions in conversation notifications and a floating button, plus new tools for saving places in Google Maps and following subjects in video.

The full changelog confirms improvements across productivity, privacy, and device care, including a new Warranty and care menu in settings.
