Siri AI is a major upgrade and highlight of iOS 27 and more. But only newer Apple devices support the overhauled Siri. Here’s the full list of Siri AI-compatible hardware across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision Pro.

Here are the Apple products that support Siri AI in iOS 27 and more. iOS 27 and its companion updates include the major Siri overhaul we’ve been waiting for, and it’s called Siri AI. Siri AI is only available on compatible hardware (and in certain parts of the world).

Every Apple product that supports Siri AI: iPhone Duo, iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, iPhone Air, iPhone 17, iPhone 17e, iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, iPhone 16e, iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. iPad Pro (M1 chip and later), iPad Air (M1 chip and later), iPad mini (A17 Pro). Mac: All models with Apple silicon (M1 chip and later, and A18 Pro chip). Apple Watch (when paired with AI-supported iPhone): Series 9 and later, Ultra 2 and later, SE 3. Apple Vision Pro: All models.

Certain aspects of the Siri experience will be even better on select hardware. For example, fully customizing the pace and expressivity of Siri AI’s voice is only available on select hardware: iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone Duo, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone Air, iPad models with M4 and later and at least 12GB of unified memory, Mac models with M3 and later and at least 12GB of unified memory, and Apple Vision Pro (M5). The reason is that Apple’s most powerful on-device AI model is restricted to newer products. Users with these models may or may not get faster performance with Siri AI too.
