He acknowledged that some influencers platform antisemitism but distinguished between them, saying he engages with Joe Rogan to make arguments directly, while refusing to engage with Nick Fuentes due to Fuentes’ attacks on his wife and praise of Hitler.

Vance urged the audience to help articulate why a strong U.S.-Israel relationship serves American interests, calling it essential to counter growing skepticism among young people about the alliance. His remarks, obtained by The New York Times from audio and video in the room, lasted approximately 40 minutes. Vance’s office declined to comment on the recording.
