With the major networks suspending the White House TV pool this week, two small conservative outlets decided to form one of their own to cover daily presidential events. Real America’s Voice, a streaming and cable channel, has partnered with Lindell TV, a fledgling digital news site founded by Mike Lindell, the former chief executive of My Pillow and a staunch supporter of President Trump.

“When legacy news outlets step back, Lindell TV and Real America’s Voice step forward and are up to the challenge,” Mr. Lindell said in a statement on Thursday. Real America’s Voice said in a news release on Wednesday that it would provide a pool feed for all other media outlets to use via a YouTube channel and a broadcast feed.

Since Monday, the networks that typically operate the White House TV pool — ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox News and NBC — have declined to film Mr. Trump’s public events as an act of solidarity with CNN, which, along with MSNBC and Politico, were barred by the Trump administration. Early Thursday, a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order and ordered the administration to restore access to the three news outlets, and their reporters were allowed back into the White House Thursday afternoon.

The fledgling pool’s first days have not gone entirely smoothly. On Tuesday, Real America’s Voice broadcast footage from Mr. Trump’s motorcade after leaving the United Nations General Assembly, which the former White House Correspondent’s Association president Weijia Jiang pointed out was a potential risk to the president’s safety. As of Thursday afternoon, the TV pool had not resumed.
