Pantheon has opened its infrastructure secondaries strategy to international investors through a new evergreen fund. The open-ended vehicle marks the first time the firm has made the strategy available in an evergreen structure outside the United States. The fund will be distributed through select third-party distributors, wealth platforms, and private banks across key markets.

It aims to offer controlled liquidity through quarterly redemptions. The fund targets eligible institutional and qualified investors, expanding Pantheon's reach in the infrastructure secondaries market.
