Mc Clure offers free entry to under-16s, joking he owes them pies for bringing drums. Striker Alex Hardwick, a design engineer at the AMRC working on nuclear and automotive projects, leads the promotion push.

Boss Vill Powell praises Hardwick's unique dressing-room dynamic. However, new fans have drawn complaints about player abuse and thrown drinks. The club's original home is now a B&Q car park, prompting Mc Clure's quip: "Only Sheffield could invent football and build a B&Q car park on it.".
