Founded by Tim and Zi, Roame helps travelers save thousands by finding award space across airline and hotel programs. The role involves designing repeatable templates for content formats, using AI for 70% of tedious tasks like b-roll and voice cleanup, and blending generated material with human-recorded pieces such as talking heads and screen recordings.

The editor will coach human talent, shoot on location for destination content, and produce volume across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and longer YouTube pieces. Speed is critical due to time-sensitive content like transfer bonuses and mistake fares. The ideal candidate has instincts for virality, audience growth, and systematizing workflows.

Starting as a contract, the role aims to grow into a full-time position owning Roame's audience end to end.
