Google Labs introduces CC, an experimental AI agent designed to help families manage household logistics and spend more time together. Originally launched as Daily Brief in the Gemini App, CC now operates with its own Google account, supporting up to six family members in coordinating schedules, tasks, and communications.

CC automatically sorts through shared information from emails, such as school notices, sports schedules, and vet appointments, creating a shared daily brief delivered each morning. It connects to Google Calendar and Tasks, helping families stay aligned on who needs to be where and what needs to be done.

The agent can handle time-consuming tasks like filling out permission slips, creating shopping lists, and planning meals. CC asks for missing details and updates its group memory to improve over time, taking action only with explicit permission from group members.

Users control what CC sees by choosing which emails, texts, or files to share. They can set automatic sharing rules for trusted senders like schools or travel services. Each week, users receive a private list of new senders to review. CC runs on isolated cloud infrastructure powered by Google's Antigravity agentic harness and Gemini models, ensuring privacy and security.
