Deontay Wilder's potential comeback fight against Derek Chisora is drawing warnings from the Brit's former trainer, Don Charles. He told Sky Sports he wouldn't pick Chisora for a warm-up fight, believing the 42-year-old would pose a serious stylistic challenge for the American former WBC champion.

Chisora, who has been considering his options after his last win over Otto Wallin, is expected to have his 50th and final fight this year. Charles argues that Chisora's pressure and inside work would negate Wilder's explosive right hand, making it a fan-friendly but dangerous matchup for the returning heavyweight.

The potential bout comes as unified champion Oleksandr Usyk has expressed interest in facing Wilder in the US. Meanwhile, cruiserweight Chris Billam-Smith has also thrown his name in the ring, suggesting a move to bridgerweight could tempt Wilder into a world title fight.
