Celtic eased into the Scottish League Cup quarter-finals with a 4-0 win at Dundee United. Camilo Duran scored his first goal for the club after Auston Trusty headed home from Benjamin Nygren's corner. Sebastian Tounekti and Nygren added further goals as new signings Mika Baur and Haissem Hassan made debuts ahead of Wednesday's Champions League qualifier against LASK.

Aberdeen secured a comfortable 3-0 victory over Dundee at Pittodrie. Captain Kevin Nisbet struck twice in the second half while Mitchy Ntelo netted a debut goal. Dundee were hampered by captain Simon Murray's knee injury.

League One side Ross County shocked Dunfermline 2-1 to reach the last eight. Liam Lindsay put them ahead before Allan Oyirworth equalized, but Richard Chin's 85th-minute strike sealed victory.

Kilmarnock came from behind to beat Ayrshire rivals Ayr United 3-2 on Friday. Nicky Clescenco's late dinked finish completed a dramatic comeback after Ross Taylor and Michael Schjonning-Larsen had exchanged goals.
