Rahm Eyes Career Grand Slam as Rivals Tighten at PGA Championship

Jon Rahm has steadied a tense final round at the PGA Championship, riding a 67 in the third round to share the clubhouse lead and keep his Grand Slam hopes alive.

The former world No. 1 followed a steady sequence of 69, 70 and 67 shots, tightening a leaderboard that has seen more than 20 players within striking distance.

Rahm’s performance could make him the first Spain player to lift the PGA title and the first active LIV Golf competitor to win a major since Bryson DeChambeau’s 2024 US Open victory.

With a front‑nine 32 and a strong iron game, Rahm remains focused on controlling his own play, leaving the wind‑shaped, pin‑tucked course to test the rest of the field.
