Ben Woolliss suffered his first ONE Championship defeat at Fight Night 43, falling by unanimous decision to Petchtanong Petchfergus in a hard-fought bantamweight kickboxing bout. Petchtanong improved to 360-57 with the win, keeping his grip on the division's elite tier just two months after Woolliss stopped John Lineker in the first round.

Woolliss applied pressure early, mixing stance changes and targeted strikes, but Petchtanong controlled distance with long kicks and landed a fight-changing counter that buckled the Grimsby fighter's knee. Woolliss threw everything in the closing seconds—a spinning backfist and desperation flurry—but the judges stayed unanimous.

Tang Kai retained the ONE Featherweight MMA World Title by TKO in round four, stuffing every takedown Gasanov attempted and overwhelming the Dagestani with strikes until a low kick finished the fight. Other winners included Diogo Reis, Aslamjon Ortikov, and Fabio Henrique, all by stoppage.
