Tracey Neville, former England Netball head coach, expects Loughborough Lightning, London Pulse and Manchester Thunder to dominate the 2026 Netball Super League season. Neville, who joined Sky Sports' Off The Court podcast as co-host, believes these teams have established such dominance that breaking into the top three will be extremely difficult for other franchises.

London Pulse claimed the 2025 title by defeating Loughborough Lightning 53-45 in the Grand Final, after Lightning had eliminated Manchester Thunder in the Preliminary Final. Neville highlighted that consistency and experience in finals have made Loughborough Lightning particularly formidable, while London Pulse shows similar strength. She noted Manchester Thunder possesses exceptional attacking talent but must work on team combinations and player satisfaction.

Neville praised Nottingham Forest's development under Chelsea Pitman, suggesting they could challenge for higher positions. She emphasized the importance of building a strong squad foundation when adding new talent, citing Pitman's work as exemplary. Co-host Tamsin Greenway believes other teams like NIC Leeds Rhinos and Birmingham Panthers could also push for higher rankings, making the upcoming season intriguing despite the established dominance of the top three.
