Kilmarnock wrapped up their season with a convincing 4-1 win at Livingston, extending a remarkable late‑season scoring run that saw them hit three goals in each of their previous three Premiership fixtures. Joe Hugill delivered a brace, while Nicky Clescenco celebrated his first goal for the club. The visitors surged ahead 2-1 by halftime and never looked back, completing four‑in‑a‑row victories – a streak not achieved since Steve Clarke’s 2018 side.

Livingston, limited to just two wins all campaign, fell behind early when Stevie May slotted a low drive in the 20th minute after a quick break by Robbie Muirhead. Hugill levelled moments later, and Clescenco restored the lead before the break. In the second half Findlay Curtis added the fourth, while goalkeeper Max Stryjek produced two sharp reflex saves that prevented a larger margin.

Kilmarnock finished 10th, missing ninth after Dundee’s injury‑time winner at Aberdeen. Coach Neil McCann lauded his side’s aggressive mindset and thanked the board for injecting funds that lifted the club beyond its budget. Interim manager Scott Arfield warned Livingston they must appoint a seasoned manager to survive the Championship. The victory gave Kilmarnock its best league finish in several years.
