This fight excites me more than it ever has, and I think Tyson Fury has the edge. Listen, I'm an AJ fan, but it comes down to what we saw this weekend. The shots that caught Anthony Joshua on Saturday, that sneaky little uppercut on the inside, those are natural shots for Fury.

Heart, determination, desire and want, I put all of that in Joshua's corner. But on Saturday's performance, it's Fury for me. Watching him, you could still see a guy struggling to come to terms with something most people will never experience. Then the first round happened, and I thought his punch resistance had gone. But he was hit, hurt, looked vulnerable. Nigel Benn looked vulnerable too and he was dangerous every time. Joshua is not the fighter he was, but that vulnerability makes the Fury fight compelling.

The risk is clear if they don't fight soon; look at Saturday night. So it has to be their next fight. Prenga shouldn't have been in Joshua's league. There's a word for AJ: mercurial. He was making rookie mistakes in Jeddah, but you've got to give him a pass given what he's coming from. Boxing for him isn't about money; it's about creating stability inside himself.

Of course it has to take place in the UK, I just don't think it will. I think this is going stateside because that's where the audience and paymaster want it. Either way, this fight is five years behind. The fight won't begin when the first bell goes; it begins in the build-up, in the gamesmanship.
