Jarrod Bowen has pledged his future to West Ham despite the club's relegation from the Premier League. The forward, who joined from Hull City for a £22m fee in January 2020 and signed a seven‑year deal in October 2023, said his main motivation is winning promotion.

Doubts had surfaced after midfielders like Mateus Fernandes moved to Tottenham for an £85m deal and winger Crysencio Summerville attracted interest from Manchester United. Bowen, who has made 280 appearances for the Hammers, scored 85 goals and provided 63 assists, including the winner in the 2023 Europa Conference League final.

He has 22 caps for England. In an interview after the match, Bowen spoke about a recent trip to Prague with owners Daniel Kretinsky and Jiri Svarc, expressing his ambition to return the club to the Premier League. He highlighted the loyalty of 50,000 season‑ticket holders and the need for a winning mentality heading into the new Championship season, where West Ham will face Burnley on opening weekend.
