The England and Wales Cricket Board has unveiled a new T20 Hall of Fame presented by Vitality, celebrating the icons of domestic T20 cricket. Six men and six women have been shortlisted for the inaugural inductions, with the first honorees to be revealed on May 15 ahead of the 2026 Vitality Blast.

An independent expert panel featuring former players, commentators and journalists will select the first four inductees - two men and two women - from the shortlisted candidates. Fans will also have their say through a public vote that will form a weighted element of the final decision. The shortlist includes notable names like Charlotte Edwards, Samit Patel, and James Vince, each with impressive domestic T20 credentials.

Among the women's nominees, Charlotte Edwards captained Southern Vipers to the 2016 Kia Super League title, while Kirstie Gordon ranks second for wickets in women's domestic T20s with 75 at 16.6. Heather Knight has been a top-five run scorer four times and was player of the match in the 2019 KSL final. On the men's side, Ravi Bopara ranks third in runs and eighth in wickets, Danny Briggs holds the record for most wickets at 268, and James Vince leads all-time runs with 6,357 and holds multiple records including most catches.
