Dana White has vowed to sign the 'best fighters in the world' after Zuffa Boxing secured a ground-breaking multi-year UK broadcast deal with Sky Sports. The promotion, launched in 2025 and co-led by White and WWE President Nick Khan, will stage at least five shows annually in the UK, marking a new era for boxing on the network.

White, who built the UFC into a global powerhouse, plans to replicate that success in boxing by focusing on competitive matchups. Zuffa has already signed marquee fighters including Conor Benn and Jai Opetaia, with more top talent expected to join. The promotion's first Sky Sports event, ZUFFA BOXING 05: CORTES vs GARCIA, features unbeaten prospects Andres Cortes and Eridson Garcia in a 50-50 clash on April 5 in Las Vegas.

White credits boxing for launching his career and believes his team can revitalize the sport globally. With a focus on the US, UK, Australia, and Mexico, Zuffa aims to introduce boxing to younger audiences while delivering the kind of competitive fights that made the UFC successful. The promotion's first major event was the Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Crawford super-fight, setting the stage for what White promises will be boxing's next evolution.
