Chelsea are the Premier League's top spenders this summer with the bulk of their business done and attention is now turning to sales. They have already made £160m from player sales in this window. Only Newcastle (£244m) and Aston Villa (£202m) have generated more from outgoings. But do not be surprised if Chelsea end the summer window as the league's top sellers once again after recouping a record £314m one year ago.

Trevoh Chalobah has already left for Como in a deal worth up to £30.8m. Benoit Badiashile and Axel Disasi are likely to join him through the exit door. Napoli have offered £20m for Badiashile, but Chelsea value him at £30m. Meanwhile, Chelsea will be seeking at least £25m for Disasi. There has been plenty of speculation around Malo Gusto - Chelsea are not trying to sell the France international and value him at £75m.

Up front, Nicolas Jackson could leave after interest from Aston Villa; Chelsea want £65m. Liam Delap is valued at £50m after a difficult season, and Marc Guiu could go for £25m. On Enzo Fernandez, Chelsea are not trying to sell and value him at £120m, despite reported interest from Manchester City.
