The Augusta National Women's Amateur brings together the world's top amateur golfers at the iconic Augusta National course this week. LPGA stars Lottie Woad, Rose Zhang, and Jennifer Kupcho headline past champions, while 48 of the top 50 amateurs compete in the 72-player field. Last year's runner-up Asterisk Talley enters as favorite after her strong LPGA performance, with world No. 1 Kiara Romero leading an international contingent from 23 countries.

The tournament format begins with 36 holes at Champions Retreat Golf Club before players experience Augusta National during a Friday practice round. Only the top 30 and ties advance to the final round at the famed course where The Masters will be held the following week. In case of ties, a sudden-death playoff decides the champion.

Qualification comes through various amateur championships and world rankings, with the winner receiving invites to future Augusta National events and four of five women's majors. Past champions include Kupcho (2019), Kajitani (2021), Davis (2022), Zhang (2023), Woad (2024), and Bernat Escuder (2025). Sky Sports will provide live coverage of all three rounds, with the final round airing Saturday at 5pm.
