She explained that the "speculation" and constant questions about the Solheim Cup picks, coupled with sponsor commitments, have been mentally taxing. Her focus remains on her own game, with all Solheim Cup matters to be addressed after her tournament concludes on Sunday.

Regarding player qualification for the Solheim Cup, Nordqvist emphasized that players cannot solely rely on a strong performance in this single major.
