American winger Griffin Yow returned to Major League Soccer on Tuesday, signing with the New England Revolution after three and a half seasons with Belgian Pro League side KVC Westerlo. The 23-year-old agreed to a 2.5-year contract with team options through 2030, marking his return to the league where he debuted with D.C. United in 2019.

New England secured Yow by acquiring his discovery priority from Vancouver for $125,000 in 2026 general allocation money and a 2027 second-round draft pick. The Virginia native scored 18 goals in 86 appearances for Westerlo, including three in 16 league matches this season. He brings valuable international experience from the 2019 Under-17 World Cup and the 2024 Olympics.

Yow's arrival addresses a key need for the Revolution's attacking depth. His pace and versatility on the wing could provide immediate options for the coaching staff. With the MLS season approaching, New England will integrate him quickly, hoping his European experience translates to consistent production in the final third.
