Tyler Adams has made a remarkable recovery from a knee injury that initially threatened to sideline him for months. The Bournemouth midfielder tore his MCL on December 15 but returned to action on February 12, crediting a "seamless" rehabilitation process for his quick comeback.

Adams surprised himself with how smoothly the rehab went, having experienced more difficult recoveries in the past. He completed his first full 90-minute match since the injury on March 3 against Brentford, helping Bournemouth climb to ninth place in the Premier League. The U.S. national team expects him to be a key contributor at this summer's World Cup, which the U.S. is co-hosting with Canada and Mexico.

Despite transfer interest from Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United, Adams remains focused on his current club. He's told his agent to table any contract discussions until after the World Cup, preferring to concentrate on helping Bournemouth achieve a successful season. The midfielder acknowledges the excitement surrounding the home World Cup but admits it's difficult to fully process while in the midst of a demanding Premier League campaign.
