Cristiano Ronaldo's eldest son, Cristiano Ronaldo Júnior, 16, has earned his first call-up to Portugal's Under-17 squad for November's European Championship qualifiers. The Al Nassr academy forward, who has previously played for Portugal at U15 and U16 levels, was named in Filipe Ramos' 23-man roster.\n\nPortugal will face Andorra on Nov. 11, Bulgaria on Nov. 14, and Serbia on Nov. 17, all in Lisbon. The call-up could allow Ronaldo Jr. to train alongside his father, Cristiano Ronaldo, if the 41-year-old is selected for the senior team's Nations League matches against Denmark (Nov. 14) and Wales (Nov. 17).\n\nRonaldo, the all-time leading men's international scorer with 143 goals in 225 appearances, is currently serving a 30-day suspension from the Portuguese Football Federation after leaving the national team during last month's Nations League.
He recently scored a hat-trick for Al Nassr, bringing his career tally to 985 goals as he closes in on the unprecedented 1,000-goal milestone.
