The move connects through Union Sports and Entertainment, which owns Philadelphia Union and acquired a 10% stake in Lyngby in 2024. This partnership gave the Danish club direct access to discuss the loan with Barcelona. Kochen's contract with the Catalan giants runs until 2028, providing Barça with flexibility on his future.
