CBS NFL analyst and former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while under the influence. According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, Romo failed field sobriety tests after being stopped on Interstate 43. He was taken into custody, booked, and subsequently released, with a court appearance scheduled for September 21.

Romo, 46, who played for the Cowboys from 2004-16 and made four Pro Bowl appearances, has been CBS' lead NFL game analyst since 2017. He remains the Cowboys' franchise leader in career touchdown passes with 248. He previously held the record for career passing yards before being surpassed by Dak Prescott last season. CBS has declined to comment on the arrest.
